Horizon Nursing Service understands the difficulty
and time consumption that occurs when trying to arrange in-home care.
We also know that sometimes clients and families are not aware of the
various types of services that can be provided in the comfort of their
own home. Horizon Nursing is pleased to provide this complimentary
service for our clients. We will assist you in making arrangement to
have the following in home services provided:

Occupational and Speech Therapy (In home or outpatient)
♦ Blood draw in
home
♦ Assisting
with and obtaining medical equipment in home
♦ Podiatry
services in home
♦ Diabetic
management (Insulin administration and blood sugar monitoring)
♦ Assistance
with long term care insurance
♦ Any skilled
services ordered by physician
♦ Relocation to
Independent Living, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facility
